About the Instructor
Sandra Bellamy Wood has 25 years of experience as a vocal teacher, performer and music director. She received a Bachelor of Music degree in Vocal Performance and Education and is a member of NATS (National Association of Teachers of Singing). She has appeared in recital, opera, musical theatre, and performed solo work across the United States. Her experience includes: stage roles with Backdoor Theatre, Red River Lyric Theatre, GWFAPA, Roxy Theatre and the Mesquite Community Theatre.
From 1994-1998 she directed Art For Kids' Sake, which toured across Texoma presenting performances to 5,000 youth per year. Since that time she has served as musical director and guest conductor for area churches. Ms. Wood continues her professional studies through national workshops.
